User research with 243 service designers from all around the globe using typeform. The goal was to find out which value a certification programme could bring to high skilled service designers beyond a digital badge.
Trends and potential solutions were also uncovered during the research phase. Furthermore, a range of design tools such as stakeholders map, personas, prototype, service blueprint, among others, were also used.
People seek services that help them find the right information. Thirty-party reviews, have a huge impact on decision making. With these drivers in mind, a new concept was generated, resulting in a platform that allows certified service designers to keep track of their workshops, receive feedback from the attendees to improve their deliveries.
