Deliver a new web service for the registration of foreigners who want to stay in Brazil making sure that the pain points of the current system were properly mitigated.
The backstage interface, for the police officers, and the frontstage interface for the general public were redesigned. The result was a frictionless experience for both sides, reducing the queues and optimizing the appointments at the Police stations around the country.

Conducted a Lean Inception workshop with the Agile Team and the police officers, led the research and user interviews, designed a high fidelity prototype and conducted usability tests. Incremental improvements were applied to each MVP according the users' feedback.
